After trying to call a series of removals firms who made the entire process a nightmare with endless questions I went onto this website and had it booked for the next day in 5 min. The guy with Luton van they sent was outstanding. He worked non stop and with care with my wife's prized possessions, incredibly professional in terms of organising loading and unloading. I have used lots of movers in the past and although maybe I got lucky with the guy I had, I doubt it the firm is professional from start to finish no extra charges and rather than leave me stranded they kindly dropped me back from storage. I never normally leave reviews but I am so grateful that they made a potentially stressful day really easy. Thank you again. Matt K

I had a very disappointing experience with London Man Van Removals Ltd. I was originally quoted £741, including £100 to dismantle and reassemble a five-door hinged wardrobe. I clearly described the wardrobe, and they estimated 30 minutes to dismantle it and 30 minutes to rebuild it. However, dismantling alone took around 2.5 hours. The two movers arrived on time at 7:30 a.m. but worked extremely slowly. Despite having a small baby, my family and I ended up carrying most of the packed boxes to the van ourselves. I realised within the first hour that the job would take much longer than estimated and called the office three times during the day to raise my concerns. Each time, I was told that a manager would call me back, but I received no response. As I had already paid a 30% deposit, the remaining balance should have been £519. The only time the manager spoke to me was at the end of the day, simply to tell me that I now had to pay £911. I found the manager’s manner extremely rude, dismissive and unprofessional. When I disputed the additional charges after having warned the office about the delays from the very beginning—I was told that my belongings would not be released unless I paid the full amount. In my experience, the initial estimate and discount made the price appear reasonable, but the extremely slow service resulted in substantial additional charges. I have videos showing my family carrying the belongings ourselves. I strongly advise customers to be very cautious about the half-hourly extra charges in the contract and not to rely solely on the initial time estimate.

I have had a most plesent move by Casper the driver and his buddy Khan, im registered disabled so they cleared my home in record time and the bits I was going to walk over....its just around the corner..but Casper and Khan did that all for me Highly recommended
