After trying to call a series of removals firms who made the entire process a nightmare with endless questions I went onto this website and had it booked for the next day in 5 min. The guy with Luton van they sent was outstanding. He worked non stop and with care with my wife's prized possessions, incredibly professional in terms of organising loading and unloading. I have used lots of movers in the past and although maybe I got lucky with the guy I had, I doubt it the firm is professional from start to finish no extra charges and rather than leave me stranded they kindly dropped me back from storage. I never normally leave reviews but I am so grateful that they made a potentially stressful day really easy. Thank you again. Matt K

The team arrived right on time, which immediately set a professional tone. Both the driver and Ralph, who handled the loading and unloading, were efficient, careful, and clearly experienced. They in particular did a fantastic job managing the heavier items with care and precision. The van was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and well-equipped—and they brought all the necessary tools to handle the job smoothly. Everything was packed and transported securely, with no damage or fuss. The whole move felt well-organized and stress-free thanks to their calm and capable approach.
