The whole process was a joy if ever moving can be called that. From my first on line booking to my changes to actually being told I was over charged and having the money refunded within hours of the completion of the move, it was all well above what I was expecting. Most notable was the professionalism of the driver Peter and his assistant. Peter called the day before, then on the day and was at all times a real professional.Was also very impressed with the professional look of the van and the driver/helper. Wasn't just a white van and two blokes who do this on the weekend for cash.
