Waldek was a great help on my move! Was bang on time, not a minute late. Did get a call the night before the move saying the van I had booked needed to go to the garage, they supplied a larger van two hours earlier and gave me a 10% refund on the order - possibly could of been an inconvenience if the time I had was set in stone but wasn't really a major issue. I'm sure they would of offered more compensation if it was.
