I was so impressed and wish every service I booked in London was as good as this. Peter and Dominik were absolutely brilliant. They were exceptionally efficient and conscientious, going the extra mile at every stage to be careful with my furniture and doing everything they could (including removing and replacing a house door!) to fit my furniture in. Kacper and Tursunali handled the move efficiently and professionally, they were well prepared and incredibly friendly throughout. Paulina kept me fully informed the whole time, which I really appreciated. We did go over the allocated loading and unloading time, however she reassured me that any additional time would be charged at the same rate, not an inflated price. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be using them again!
