Booked this service to move my daughter from Victoria to Shepherd’s Bush. As I was doing the move on my own and don’t live in London I wanted to make sure that it all ran smoothly. The pick up and drop off at destination was first class and all items were delivered safely. Couldn’t have been more happy with service would definitely use again.

LMV gave me a quote based on the complete furniture list that was provided. On move day they realised they had underestimated the van size and sent a larger one to help with the move. Unfortunately this also meant they added an additional £600 to the original quote. If I had known this was the the case I would've chosen another company that was cheaper. I asked LMV to honour their original quote given the mistake was on their part but they still asked for the full amount. I was also constantly harassed by one of their drivers who kept saying LMV would not pay him. The actual service by the drivers on the day was excellent and I can't fault them but the company does not understand good customer service nor how to treat their employees, won't be using them again.
