An enormous thank you to your very hard working (and strong) delivery men Peter and his helper, Pawel. It was my first time using London Man Van and I was very impressed. Great communication, a very safe and careful driver and reliable and professional service. Peter, my delivery driver arrived promptly and was very patient when my Ikea shopping took longer than expected. I'm especially thankful and appreciative of Peter and Pawel's tremendous effort and determination in successfully delivering a kitchen cabinet that was heavier, and taller, than expected and very difficult carrying up internal stairs. I hired LMV Transport Ltd for a 2.5-hour job between two nearby locations. The pickup was from a third-floor flat with no lift — just stairs. Even though I had already placed some boxes on the landing, Sebastian and his team arrived exactly on time at 07:00, called me upon arrival, and quickly parked their large Luton van right outside the building. They worked tirelessly, hauling everything down the stairs with great speed and care, all while keeping the mood light with friendly conversation. They treated all my belongings as if they were their own, handling everything with professionalism and respect. Once the van was loaded, we headed to the new flat, which thankfully had a lift. In less than three trips up, everything was neatly placed inside. The entire move took under 2 hours — fast, smooth, and stress-free. These guys are amazing. Big thanks and appreciation to both of you — you’re awesome! Highly recommended.
