ORDERING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to LMV Packaging Supplier ("LMV") Packaging Materials Ordering and Returns policy. Here, we provide you with the guidelines governing your purchase of packaging materials from us. Please carefully review these terms before placing an order, as they contain essential information regarding orders, deliveries, returns, and more.
ORDERING PACKAGING MATERIALS:
Online Orders Only:
We exclusively accept orders through our user-friendly online platforms. Orders placed via other methods will not be processed.
Minimum Order Requirement:
To place an order, a minimum order value of £50 (excluding VAT) is necessary. Orders below this threshold will incur a £10 delivery charge.
DELIVERY OF PACKAGING MATERIALS:
Delivery Locations:
We offer delivery services exclusively within London and the Midlands regions.
Standard Delivery Time:
Our standard delivery times typically range from 24 to 48 hours for orders placed before 1 pm. Orders over £50 (excluding VAT) qualify for free standard delivery.
Delivery Days:
Please note that deliveries occur only from Monday to Friday and are not scheduled on weekends or bank holidays.
Signature Requirement:
Every delivery requires a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery or be prepared to collect the order yourself. It's essential to open and thoroughly inspect the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt. Any mistakes must be noted at the point of accepting your delivery.
Congestion Charge and Ultra Low Emission Zones Charges:
For deliveries within Congestion Charge and Ultra Low Emission Zones, additional charges may apply.
Stock Availability:
Next working day delivery is subject to stock availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
Missed Delivery:
If no authorised person is available to receive the delivery on the specified date, an additional £10 charge will apply for the subsequent delivery, along with any applicable Congestion Charge and Ultra Low Emission Zone charges.
CANCELLING A PACKAGING MATERIALS ORDER:
Cancellation Process:
To cancel your packaging materials order, please contact our office. Orders can only be cancelled if dispatch has not occurred.
RETURNS OF PACKAGING MATERIALS:
Damaged Goods:
If any items arrive damaged, please notify our sales team within 48 hours of receipt. We may provide a full refund or replacement goods at our discretion.
Orders in Error:
For goods ordered in error, they must be returned to us at your expense within 10 days of the order date. We will issue a refund, deducting £8.00 to cover carriage costs and administration.
Return Policy:
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s), securely packed and undamaged, to us within 14 days of your purchase for a refund of the original purchase price of the goods. The refund will exclude the original shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee incurred by LMV. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We regret that we cannot offer a refund if the goods are damaged on return, so please obtain proof of posting to protect yourself against loss.
POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION:
Cancellation Charges:
If you need to postpone or cancel your removal booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, no charges will apply. However, cancellations within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total order value, serving as a deposit. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule dates and times.
CONGESTION & TOLL CHARGES:
Additional Charges:
When passing through the London Congestion Charge Zone or other applicable zones, tolls, or ferry routes, an extra charge of £15 will apply, unless otherwise stated.
Ultra Low Emission Zone:
When entering the London Ultra Low Emission Zone or other applicable zones, tolls, or ferry routes, an extra charge of £12.50 will be applied, unless otherwise stated.
INSURANCE:
Inspection Upon Receipt:
Before signing the invoice to confirm receipt, please thoroughly inspect the contents of your delivery. We cannot accept returns or complaints after the invoice has been signed.
Damaged Goods:
If any items are damaged upon arrival, please inform our sales team within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and may offer a full refund or replacement items at our discretion.
