Even though I had already placed some boxes on the landing, Sebastian and his team arrived exactly on time at 07:00, called me upon arrival, and quickly parked their large Luton van right outside the building. They worked tirelessly, hauling everything down the stairs with great speed and care, all while keeping the mood light with friendly conversation.
