We have used the services of the London Man Van twice over the last couple of years and would not hesitate to use them again. The service is extremely reliable, professional and courteous. The whole process of booking, delivery of service and follow up has been efficient and friendly - very much appreciated as moving house can be quite stressful.The follow up included a price adjustment which has been handled very honestly and to our satisfaction. My original removal company let me down on the morning of the move, which was incredibly stressful, but LMV stepped in at very short notice and completely saved the day. The team arrived promptly, were professional, friendly and handled everything with great care. They worked efficiently and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel calm and organised. Nothing was too much trouble and they got everything moved safely into my new home. A special thank you to Paulina for arranging everything so quickly and keeping communication clear throughout. I’m really grateful they were able to help at such short notice.
