This is the second time I have used LMV and on both occasions I have been very impressed. The quote was quick, accurate and reliable and the actual service excellent. Robert and Darek let me know exactly when they would arrive and then collected and delivered my stuff quickly and efficiently. I also think the price is very good for the service they provide. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with London Man Van. During the move, their team damaged one of my cabinets by dropping it. They then spent time attempting to repair it on site. I was later told this was a “goodwill gesture” and that they could not offer compensation. There was also an issue with my dining table. It became stuck in the lift because the team initially tried to move it vertically, despite it clearly needing to be transported horizontally. They attempted to dismantle it but were unable to do so. After spending significant time, they eventually moved it horizontally as originally required. During this process, my dining table was unnecessarily damaged. I reported the damage the following week. However, as the issue was not formally recorded before the team left, they declined compensation based on their policy. Very disappointing outcome.
