Overall service was satisfactory. However, I moved on a Saturday and paid £10 congestion charge meaning that this money was not necessary to pay. Also I had to pay extra £20 because my time was up when the drivers were approximately 30 minutes late and I believe this was unfairly deducted on my part.

Excellent service provided by Sebastian and Hubert who arrived on time and assisted with loading the moving van also… they delivered our things...
