The two guys - Adrian and Andrew - who arrived were fantastic. They were very helpful and the price was pretty reasonable based on a couple other quotes.
The one thing I really needed was for the packing materials I had ordered to arrive with the van (so that I could use them to pack what we needed!). I even called and emailed and was assured they would be on board but when the van arrived, the personnel did not know anything about it. Pretty basic stuff.
Would recommend for the actual moving itself if you've already got all the packing materials you need, and if you just need one or two friendly, hard-working guys, ask for Adrian and Andrew.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with London Man Van. During the move, their team damaged one of my cabinets by dropping it. They then spent time attempting to repair it on site. I was later told this was a “goodwill gesture” and that they could not offer compensation. There was also an issue with my dining table. It became stuck in the lift because the team initially tried to move it vertically, despite it clearly needing to be transported horizontally. They attempted to dismantle it but were unable to do so. After spending significant time, they eventually moved it horizontally as originally required. During this process, my dining table was unnecessarily damaged. I reported the damage the following week. However, as the issue was not formally recorded before the team left, they declined compensation based on their policy. Very disappointing outcome.
