In general- I liked the service and people who moved my flat. Prices are also reasonable.
The only thing that, from my opinion, could be improved is the information on the website could be clearer, i.e. when I was placing the order and was asked about how long loading and unloading would take I thought about it as about estimates only to get a quote as I had no idea how long this work can take. I expected that the total cost would be calculated based on the actual time spent, however I was told by the driver that I booked a van for 8 hours, so I have to pay for 8 hours regardless that in fact it took less time.

Took the stress out of moving, the guys less than 30 minutes to load up the Van and 35 minutes to unload at the other end. I was so impressed with...
