In general- I liked the service and people who moved my flat. Prices are also reasonable.
The only thing that, from my opinion, could be improved is the information on the website could be clearer, i.e. when I was placing the order and was asked about how long loading and unloading would take I thought about it as about estimates only to get a quote as I had no idea how long this work can take. I expected that the total cost would be calculated based on the actual time spent, however I was told by the driver that I booked a van for 8 hours, so I have to pay for 8 hours regardless that in fact it took less time.

They arrived right on time, and both Sebastian and Phillip were absolutely professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole move. We managed to load and unload a full Luton van in less than two hours, exactly within the time that had been estimated, which was impressive and very reassuring. Everything went smoothly and efficiently, with great care taken of our belongings. I highly recommend London Man Van and would definitely use their service again in the future.

I was honestly quite nervous before the move because I’d seen a lot of negative reviews about other moving companies not turning up on the moving day, which is super stressful when you’re shifting homes. But with this service, everything went exactly as promised — no delays, no excuses. Yes, it’s a bit more expensive compared to some other options, but if you’re looking for a stress-free and reliable home move, it’s absolutely worth it.
