We had a very satisfactory service. The driver was running about half and hour late for the collection but telephoned to inform me of this and check that this was acceptable. He was polite and courteous and delivered the item quickly and efficiently. All in all a very good experience and I would not hesitate to use london-man-van again.

I went to the trouble of providing directions because I know the address is not on the satnav. No-one had bothered to pass them on so the driver got lost. However, he still arrived on time and both men were pleasant and efficient.
